  2. Physical Education Physical Education is an Integral part of education process which as its aim- development of physically, mentally, emotionally and socially fit citizen through the medium of physical activities which has been selected with a view to realising these out comes.

  3. AIM ESTABLISH THE CONCEPT “A HEALTHY MIND IN A HEALTHY BODY”

  4. objectiveS: • Perform and enjoy a variety of physical activities with understanding. • Develop and maintain physical health and fitness through regular participation in physical activities . • Demonstrate positive self-esteem through body awareness and control.
