  1. holocaust By Nanishka Rivera

  2. How did holocaosut happen? How did holocaosut happen? The Holocaust was the systematic, bureaucratic, state- sponsored persecution and murder of six million Jews by the Nazi regime and its collaborators. Holocaust is a word of Greek origin meaning “sacrifice by fire.” The Nazis, who came to power in Germany in January 1933, believed that Germans were “racially superior” and that the Jews, deemed “inferior,” were an alien threat to the so-called German racial community.

  3. ON JANUARY 30, 1933 THE HOLOCAUST HAS STARTED AND ON MAY 8, 1945 IT ENDED. WHEN DID IT OCCUR AND ENDED?

  4. Where did the holocaust happen? Where did the holocaust happen? The Holocaust was the cold blooded murder of millions of Jews from many countries throughout occupied Europe. Jews from Greece, Hungary, Poland, Russia, Belgium, Holland, France and even a few from the Channel Islands were taken by train to one of many concentration camps set up by the Nazis in World War Two. Many of those camps were built in Poland, and the biggest camp of all was called Auswitz where millions of prisoners were gassed, beaten and starved to death. There were many other concentration camps, some of which were in Germany itself, such as Belsen which was liberated in 1945 by the British. In all it is estimated that around 11 million people were murdered in those camps.

  5. who were affected ? who were affected ? According to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM), the country's official memorial to the Holocaust, "The Holocaust was the murder of six million Jews and millions of others by the Nazis and their collaborators during World War II.Although the term Holocaust victims generally refers to the victims of a systematic genocide of the Jewish people in Nazi Germany, the Nazis also murdered a large number of non- Jewish people who were considered unwalcome

  6. Why did the holocaust happen? Hitler used the Jews as a scapegoat for Germany's economic problems, exploiting the German people's feelings of bitterness and resentment at the state their country was in and the way they capitulated at the end of WWI. It's just one of many examples in history (the Catholics, Huguenots etc.) of a racial/religious minority being blamed for country's problems.

  7. By Whom Under the leadership of Adolf Hitler (1889-1945), the National Socialist German Workers’ Party, or Nazi Party, grew into a mass movement and ruled Germany through totalitarian means from 1933 to 1945. Founded in 1919 as the German Workers’ Party, the group promoted German pride and anti- Semitism, and expressed dissatisfaction with the terms of the Treaty of Versailles, the 1919 peace settlement that ended World War I (1914-1918) and required Germany to make numerous concessions and reparations.

  8. My Opinion I have learn alot about the Holocaust and I didnt like the fact that not only the Jews were affected but also Slavs , homosexual and others even now holocaoust it still happenning .
