Abit about me

I chose to attend Oakfield School after struggling at my previous school, Green Down. Oakfield feels like a family where we support one another in lessons. If Oakfield closes, we lose that sense of community and belonging. The lessons here are engaging, and we have the freedom to enjoy time outside at shops during breaks. The teachers are approachable and less strict, allowing us to feel respected as young adults. The shorter lesson times keep us focused and interested. Oakfield is essential for our growth and happiness in education.

  1. Abit about me I've came from greendown school and I had the choice to move or not, I chose to come to this school because I never got along with any of the teachers.

  2. Reason 1 why Oakfield shouldn’t be closed down. • I don’t think Oakfield should be closed down because everyone in the school is like a family and we all get along and we do the best we can in lessons, if oakfield did close down then we would have no where to go.

  3. Reason 2 • Better lessons, in my old school I didn’t like lessons because they were boring

  4. Reason 3 • good thing about Oakfield is that we are aloud to go to the shops at breaks and lunch if we don’t like there food.

  5. Reason 4 • Teachers in my old school were more strict. Teachers in this school are better because they aren't as strict

  6. Reason 5 • The lessons in this school are shorter so you don’t get bored as easily

  7. conclusion • The school overall is good because you can get treated like a young adult and you don’t have to wear uniform.
