STF Cavity Group Pre-Tuning Report - May 31st to June 2nd, 2010

Detailed process log and status update on the pre-tuning of the MHI#10 2nd reactor, including field flatness measurement, total length measurement, and more. Kirk, Shishido, and Asano contributed; adjustments and expansions were made to cells #1 and #6. Meetings held on June 7th discussed pre-tuning progress.

Process log 5/31 10:00~ Field flatness measurement after 1st V.T. 1297.0097MHz/95.5% 6/1 9:30 Detachment of jigs / Setting to tuning machine 10:40 Pre-tuning starts 11:20 Cell #1 was expanded (+1.5mm  -3.0mm  +1.6mm  0.0mm) 間違えて伸ばし過ぎたので、一度縮めてやり直す。 14:30 Cell #6 was expanded (+2.5mm  0.0mm) 1297.0574MHz/97.9% 16:00 Measurement of dumbbell and total length 6/2 9:30 Adjustment of total length of cavity / Attachment of jigs 10:35 Field flatness with jigs 1297.1066MHz/97.4% [O.K.] STF Cavity Group Meeting @2010/6/7
