Automation of Manual Exchange Environment: Necessity and Future Steps
The automation of manual exchange environments is critical due to a decreasing customer base, which has reduced by 8% since April 2011 and continues to decline. An internal task team has been formed to explore consumer replacement services and technology solutions to replace outdated manual processes. This initiative aims to streamline operations and enhance efficiency while reducing costs associated with manual exchanges. A new product launch is anticipated around May 2012, with updates to be communicated as details are finalized.
