  6. Girls basketball meeting is 3/23 at 3:15 in the cafeteria. See Coach Stevens if you cannot attend.

  8. Seniors: sign up for the “L6S” monogram for your graduation gown. Stop by during your lunch at the Pit and sign up. Cost is $6.

  9. Effingham Hospital will provide FREE athletic physicals here at ECHS on April 14 from 8:30-10:30 a.m. Get a form from Coach Hood’s office.

  10. Seniors: if you have received your senior ad proof, stop by room 604 and get your pictures.

  11. Dress down day! March 30. Bring a donation to 2nd period to win pizza.

  12. The Marine recruiter will do a scholarship presentation to juniors and seniors who qualify. Sign up in the counselors’ office.

  16. GradBash final payment is April 1. Make checks payable to Kelly Tours. See Mrs. Beard before school near the courtyard or after school in room 215. • Don’t interrupt her classes!

  17. Teachers: buy teacher appreciation day shirts and wear with jeans on May 16. See Mr. Hadwin or Ms. Drayton to buy. Cost is $10.

  18. Sign up for Dual Enrollment at Sav Tech! Welding and Cosmetology classes! • Take the Compass Test. • See your counselor by Friday, March 30.

  19. Unless you have a pass at lunch, DO NOT go to the parking lot. This is skipping…Minimum one day in ISS.

  20. Beta club students: sign up for our campus beautification project coming up March 31.

  23. Rotary Club of Effingham scholarship is now posted. It is due to the counselors’ office by April 4. • Apply for both Rotary scholarships!

  24. Miss Relay for Life Pageant is March 24. Open to ages 0 months to 17+ years. Get applications in the front office or see Mrs. Denese Parker. • Info is also on echsrebels.com

  25. Rotary Club Sunrise group has posted their scholarship info. Go to the counselors’ website and click scholarships. • Deadline: April 13 before 1st period.

  26. Effingham Women in Business scholarship is available on the counselors’ website. • DEADLINE: April 19.

  27. For sale in the cafeteria for $2 or less in ALL lines: • Cheesesticks, spicy chicken sw, ham&chz sub, chips, lemonade, tea, Switch, juice, cookies, brownies. Stop by and check it out!
