CONCLUSIÓN • Pacientes joven con “GONALGIA” considerar siempre la alineación viciosa de la rotula por alteración postural así pensaremos globalmente en el tratamiento de nuestro paciente • Relacionar alineación viciosa con posible presencia de rotula alta • No debemos dejar de pensar en la cadena lateral de miembro inferior como parte del problema articular de rodilla ya que la misma se relaciona directamente a través del alerón rotuliano
