  11. Lesson 15- From Pentecost to Problems “And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ” Ephesians 4:11-12 Global Center for Christian Development

  12. Lesson 15- From Pentecost to Problems It is often said, “People do not care how much you know until they know how much you care.” We must show the world we care. Global Center for Christian Development

  13. Lesson 15- From Pentecost to Problems A tribe in East Africa exchanges greetings by asking, “Are you well?” The response is, “I am well if you are.” “In African societies human relations are highly valued. The greeting is considered a way of acknowledging the other person as a fellow human being.” (Kwame Gyekye) Global Center for Christian Development

  19. Lesson 15- From Pentecost to Problems Bear Bryant, a famous football coach said, “If anything goes bad, I did it. If anything goes semi-good, then we did it. If anything goes real good, they did it.” That attitude is what it takes to get people to be a team and win. Global Center for Christian Development
