  2. Job Description • Extract water out of flooded homes • Demo wall and floor cavity's • Properly dry out remaining structure • Monitor moisture content in structure • Prevent secondary damages like mold and rotting

  3. Work Pros • Always changing never gets boring • Physical labor, not an office job • Pretty good wages • Good health insurance Benifits • Great co-workers • Great manager and bosses

  4. Work Cons • Work with hazardous materials/chemicals • Work around mold • It gets really cold in the winter time • On call schedule, work really late occasionally • Work in tight spaces like crawl spaces

  5. Days Off • Most major federal holidays • Three weeks paid vacation • Any day I request off with advance notice

  6. My Boss • Very relaxed, very successful • Lets me ride a skateboard around the shop • Taught me how to ride dirt bike • Works with my school schedule • Lets me lift weights at work • Lets me do homework at work HE IS AMAZING...... most of the time
