Pilot Study on Students’ Preferences Regarding Teaching Methodologies

This study explores students' preferences and motivations related to different teaching methodologies. It assesses their engagement in the learning process using both positivist and naturalist approaches. The research focuses on evaluating students' dedication, their complaints, opinions, and requests about various teaching-learning paces and methods. Findings indicate that the average student often exhibits an apathetic profile but can shift towards competitiveness under certain conditions. This understanding can help educators tailor methods that enhance student involvement and satisfaction.
