Q Corporate Background • QUODD was founded February 1999 in California, providing a cost-effective, Market Data Desktop Solution , utilizing the Internet and State of the Art Technology to deliver real-time pricing, analytics and fundamental data to the Private Investor Community. • QUODD in January 2004 redirected their development resources to build another new product, QUODD Equity+ for the Professional Broker. Launched in April 2005, QUODD Equity+ provides a comprehensive, real-time data management solution that seamlessly integrates all third party market data with a company's own internal systems/databases. The entire solution is centrally-managed, eliminating the need for excessive company resources. QUODD Equity+ significantly decreases the data management costs across an enterprise at approximately 50%. • Headquartered in Jersey City, New JerseyQUODD Financial Information Services has recently moved from San Francisco CA to “Exchange Place” in Jersey City, NJ. QUODD maintains two data centers in Santa Clara, CA and Hawthorne, NY both fully redundant and diversified. Both centers are capable of handling the entire load in cases of disaster recovery situations.
