  5. Clinical Examination Extra-oral Examination: No Facial Swelling. No lymph Nodes involved. • Intra-oral Examination:

  18. Related dental history: Tooth # 9 received trauma several months ago, fractured and never been treated by dentist.

  19. Clinical Examination Extra-oral Examination: No Facial Swelling. No lymph Nodes involved.

  20. Clinical Examination Intra-oral Examination: Oral hygiene was poor. Tooth # 9 with complicated fracture. Tooth # 8 with non complicated fracture and Class IV composite restoration. Tooth # 10 is sound.

  24. Radiographic Examination Alveolar bone Apical radiolucency related to # 9, with no evidence of alveolar bone fracture. Apex Immature open apex. Root Thin Parallelroot walls. No evidence of root fracture. Crown Fractured incisal edge.

  26. Prognosis • Good Treatment Plan • Endodontic • Apexification by: Long-term Ca(OH)2 , or Short-term Ca(OH)2. and Obturation. • Revascularization. • Restorative • Composite resin restoration.
