  3. Pamplin Undergraduate Programs Office • We feel that this office will be helpful to us because many of our resources, such as our advisors, are located here. • We also realize that this location is helpful because many of the higher classes in the College of Business will be here.

  4. Comm Lab • http://www.commlab.vt.edu/ • 1st Floor Newman Library • No phone • Email: commlab@vt.edu

  5. Comm Lab • We feel that the Comm Lab will be one of the more important resources on campus. We feel this way because they’re there to help us improve our speech, an aspect of business that is vital for success.

  6. Dean of Student’s Office • http://www.dos.vt.edu/dosadvocacy.html • E. Eggleston Hall • 540-231-3787

  7. Dean of Student’s Office • We feel that the Dean of Student’s Office will be helpful to us because they are there to help us through challenging situations, as well as helping to set up many different student oriented programs.

  8. Cook Counseling Center • http://www.ucc.vt.edu • McCommas and East Eggleston • (540) 231-6557

  9. Cook Counseling Center • We feel that the Cook Counseling Center will be useful if we need any counseling, weather it be for abuse of alcohol, eating disorders, or depression. It’s nice to know there are people there to help us in case this happens.

  10. Writing Center • http://www.composition.english.vt.edu/wc/ • 2nd floor Newman Library • 231-5436

  11. Writing Center • We think the writing center is going to be useful because they are available to help improve our grammatical errors. Even though they don’t correct our papers for us, they can help us improve our writing so we make fewer mistakes in the future.
