Study Design • Used statistical approach • Served at optimal drink temperature • 140°F / 60°C • Tested varying formulations to determine • preferred formulation • comparison to other “morning” drinks • Contained specific blend of nutrition using RDA Guidelines • Scored and averaged results CONFIDENTIAL

  5. Focus Group Design • Eight regionally focused groups (Northwest) • Groups composed of 12-15 participants • Participants given a “Taste Test” to determine: • Preferred formulation of creaminess, chocolate, and sweetness • Comparison to other typical morning drinks CONFIDENTIAL
