  1. Lawtel Lessons Instruction Guide

How do they work? • Lawtel Lessons are online training session which are run using a software called Cisco Webex • You can participate in the session from your own desk or computer room. • During the training you will be able to view the applications which the trainer access on their PC. You will also be able to use a headset or dial into a telephone conference centre to hear the accompanying presentation and to ask any questions which may arise

  3. Step 1: Registration • Click on the registration link provided to register for the training session

  4. Step 2: Email • You should receive a registration email from webex. PLEASE KEEP THIS SAFE! You will need it to attend the training on the day • Also check your spam/junk mail for the email

  5. Step 3: On the day • On the day of the training, click on the link in the email and then select “Join Now”. • It may take a few minutes for the software to install

  6. Step 4: Webex • Once you are logged in, the audio conference box will give you some options. • You can use a computer headset or call a toll free number from your landline

  7. Step 4: webex • Select “ Global call-in number” from the dropdown and to view the global call in numbers • Remember YOU HAVE TO choose one of the two options to hear the audio

  8. Step 5:lawtel lessons • The trainer will then share their desktop with you and take you through the training

  9. Step 6: Enjoy! • Enjoy our interactive training session • The trainer will ask you questions during the training using the poll feature • You can also ask questions to the trainer using the chat feature • Hope you enjoy the Lawtel Lessons!
