OCL family Fitness terms and conditions 1. All participants aged between 11-15 years must be accompanied by an adult (16+) who will be participant in the class with them, and the adult will be responsible for the child and their actions. Participants aged 16 + are classed as adults and can attend all classes. 2. Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn during the classes, if it is not deemed appropriate you may not participate in the session. 3. Any medical conditions or injuries must be disclosed to the instructor prior to the class commencing. 4. Spin classes are available to participants aged between 11 – 15 years, providing the Childs' height is 5ft or above, if the bike can’t go low enough then they can’t participate in the class. 5. All participants must be booked in to the session and must receive a receipt from reception to hand to the class instructor and wrist band which must be placed on the wrist at reception.
