  2. Trinity Lutheran Church Welcome in the name of Jesus Christ! We are very thankful that you have joined with us to worship the LORD. You are very important to us. If you are a first-time visitor, please ensure that we give you one of our “Visitor Gift Bags” after the worship service. We sincerely hope that you will worship with us next week and learn more about what God offers you and your family through Jesus Christ.

  8. Trinity Lutheran Church Vacation Bible School July 16-20 • Adult volunteers are needed from 9:30 AM-12:30 PM to assist with crafts, music, and snacks • Please review bulletin for needed donations of food and snacks • Please contact Evelyn Konig if interested in participating and/or donating

  9. Trinity Lutheran Church Prayer Works! We have an active prayer chain. The Lord tells us in His word “Whenever two of you on earth agree about anything you pray for, it will be done for you by my Father in Heaven.” Prayer requests may be submitted by anyone in the congregation by contacting the Prayer Chain Coordinator, Vera Thomsen at 352-5158 or the Church Office at 352-4446. If you would like to participate in the prayer chain or have your name removed from the prayer chain member list, please contact Jan Foytek at 352-7466.

  11. Trinity Lutheran Church • Volunteers are needed for 1-2 hours of lawn mowing and weed whacking per week. Sign-up sheet is on the bulletin board in the hallway with individual weeks available. • The Building Committee is putting together a subcommittee to plan and implement the landscaping around the new church. Please contact Steve Vekasy at 357-4291 if interested.

  12. Trinity Lutheran Church LIFE HITTING YOU WITH TOO MUCH? NO ONE LISTENING??? In a busy and hectic world, we often feel that no one really has the time to listen to the things that are weighing on our hearts. Stephen Ministers do. If you would like to share some time with a Stephen Minister, please contact Sue Vekasy at 357-4291.

Then please call the Church Office at 352-4446. • On Confirmation Sunday, you were given a cross with the name of a confirmand on it. Please remember to continually pray for these young people.

  15. Trinity Lutheran Church Call Process There are “Pastor Recommendation Forms” available on the table in the back of the worship area for use by the congregation. If you have a Pastor that you would like to recommend for Call Committee consideration, please complete a form and give it to a committee member or leave it in Joyce Gray’s church mailbox. Thank you for your input!

Trinity Lutheran Church • July 22nd @ 6 PM – Ice Cream Social to re-pledge towards Phase 3 construction project • July 29th – Special Voter’s Meeting to present a Construction Bridge Loan proposal • September 9th – Rally Day • Rally Day Picnic will held at the campus – donations and volunteers are needed

Trinity Lutheran Church OUTREACH • Gives many thanks to our Trinity family for their generous donations! • Needs help in reaching the homeless, the youth, those in jail, and those in our community. If you have a heart for reaching lost souls, then this is the right place for you and another opportunity to see God’s wonderful hand at work!! Trinity Lutheran Church Phase III Status Report (page 1 of 2) • Steel erection subcontractor has completed his work, with the steel structure, roof, and 2nd floor decking now in place. • Drywall contractor has installed most of the exterior wall studs & sheathing, and has begun applying waterproofing. • Masons will be starting Monday, with the first bricks to be installed on the new kitchen wall on the far side of the building. • Plumbers and electricians are on site installing underground utilities.

  21. Trinity Lutheran Church Phase III Status Report (page 2 of 2) • HEW Communications has been hired to provide and install all cabling for telephones, computers, and projectors. • G. Paul Music has been hired to reinstall the organ and its speakers, and “tune” the organ for the correct sound in our space. • Presentation materials are being prepared for the Ice Cream Social on July 22nd as we seek the remaining donations needed to complete God’s beautiful building.
