  13. Homework/Bài tập về nhà • Any activity set will be explained in class and is an extension of what they have already been learning. If specific instruction is needed it will be included on the actual homework. Your child should be able to do this independently. If unsure – ask! Bàitậpvềnhàlànhữngkiếnthứccácemđãđượchọc.   15. Reading Books/ Đọc sách • Need to read everyday – 15 minutes. Cầnphảiđọcsáchkhoảng 15 phútmỗingày. • It’s important that your child understands what they are reading – ask questions.   16. Reading Record Questions Choose one question every night. You can talk about the answer or write the answer in your Reading Record. If the question is too difficult ask an adult or choose another one. You can choose a question in any order. Những câu hỏi khi đọc ở nhà Mỗi tối, sau khi đọc, các em hãy chọn một trong những câu hỏi dưới đây để trả lời và ghi vào nhật kí. Nếu câu hỏi quá khó, các em có thể hỏi bố mẹ hoặc chọn một câu hỏi khác. Có thể chọn không theo thứ tự như bên dưới. Character - Nhân vât Who are the main characters in the story? Ai là nhân vật chính trong câu chuyện? What do you know about them? Bạn biết gì về họ?

  17. Reading Books/ Đọc sách • Parents should try to make 1 comment each week in homework diary and sign to say that the child has read andunderstood the book.   18. Days to Remember in Year 5 • PE kit in bag – shorts, T-shirt, trainers. • Swimming kit – bather / trunks, goggles, towel, hat for girls with long hair. • Library Books - Wednesday • Children may change reading books daily. • ALL UNIFORM MUST BE LABELLED - NAME & CLASS

P.E • School uniform must always be worn to school on P.E days unless P.E is the first lesson of the day.Cácemphảiluônluônmặcđồngphụcđếntrườngvàonhữngngàycógiờthểdụctrừkhitiếtthểdụclàtiếthọcđầutiêncủangàyhômđó. • Children who are not doing P.E should have a note explaining why.   21. Be prepared and be on time! Chuẩn bị tốt và luôn đúng giờ • Please ensure your child is correctly dressed for school and that they have their hat everyday.   22. Home/School DiarySổ Liên Lạc If you have a message please write in the Home / School Diary. Remind your child to show their teacher. Leave the book open so it is easy to see.   24. Attendance/ Chuyên cần • Please call the school office to let us know if your child is off for any reason or include a note in the home/school diary on return.
