What is ADHD • ADHD is a disorder that affects your Brain • it is a common behavioral disorder that affects an estimated 8% to 10% of school-age children • most Kids with ADHD act without thinking, are hyperactive, and have trouble focusing • They may understand what's expected of them but have trouble following through because they can't sit still or pay attention • ADHD stands for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

  3. How Common is ADHD • An estimated 10% of kids have ADHD • Stars like Ryan Higa, Walt Disney and Albert Einstein had ADHD • one of My friends in Canada even has ADHD • Many people who have ADHD have turned out to be huge stars and extremely smart people so it isn’t a huge problem

  4. Can you recover from ADHD • A study that followed children with ADHD throughout adulthood shows that14 percent to 35 percent of children who had ADHD were considered to have recovered by the time they were 27 • I think that you can not fully recover from ADHD but you can learn to control most of the symptoms of it with age

  5. How do Kids with ADHD Behave • They constantly fiddle with random Items and can’t focus on one thing for very long • They tend to look away or not pay attention when someone is speaking • They are distracted by shiny or items unknown to them but quickly lose interest on their new discovery
