  15. What sort of reporting can we provide? We are prepared to provide reports regarding issued and in-force business upon request. We purposely do not have web tracking capability (for HIPAA reasons). However, you will receive weekly emails for all your pending business. Requests for reports will be given high priority & turned around in a timely manner. Will there be any costs while working with The Ark Group? We do not charge fees for any of our advice or services but we do receive override commissions based on sales. We do not foresee an expense on your part for working with us. Considering we are separate entities, we will be responsible for our own expenses. Important Questions:

  16. What are the commission splits, if any? Depending on the amount of involvement you need us to have, we split commissions on large planning cases based on the amount of our time invested, on a per case basis. We believe that if we do our job properly and the advisor pays attention, everyone will be compensated well. What about carriers you currently have a relationship with but are not listed as a carrier with The Ark Group? We expect for you to maintain the relationships you have already established. We are willing to look into getting any carrier if there is sufficient reason and mutual agreement. Naturally, we want to do everything we can to earn all of your business though. Added Support: • We will provide you and your agents with access to an online term quote engine at no cost. • We will provide you and your agents with access to an online form engine at not cost. • You will get access to nearly 70 different carriers without having to negotiate each contract on your own. • Your employees will have one number to call for information instead of 70. • Most carriers will not give as high of a contract as what we can give without a premium commitment.
