Entering Duty Hours into E-Value Overview: 1. You must account for everyday of your residency / fellowship. This includes vacation, days off, and days worked. 2. Duty hours tracking is an ACGME requirement and a GME Office requirement. 3. You may log multiple days at the same time. It is recommended to log hours on a weekly basis.
Logging Duty Hours Step-By-Step 1. Log in to E*Value (www.evaluehealthcare.com) 2. Select the orange “Time Tracking” tile at the top of the screen, and then the “Log Hours” menu just below the colored tiles.

Select the Start and End Time (C)and then select the appropriate day or days on the small calendar (D) Optional If you are unable to find the appropriate Activity, try deselecting this check box
