However, the rise of virtual interactions has led to decreased face-to-face meetings and issues such as cyberbullying and privacy concerns. While IT creates job opportunities in fields like software engineering and IT support, automation poses a threat to human employment. Additionally, unequal access to broadband internet exacerbates divides, preventing many from benefiting fully from technological advancements.

Local community • IT has an huge impact on local communities as they can keep in touch with friends, family, workers, employees etc. • you can communicate with each other online by using social sites such as: • Facebook • Skype • MSN • These social sites allows you to do video calls, private chat, posts status that everyone can see etc. There are many more different types of social sites where you can do all of them above. • IT has bad social impact on local community as well and the bad impacts are that people don’t really meet face to face too much. • There are many more bad social impact such as cyber bullying and abusive comments. • While using social sites people often don’t understand that you shouldn’t share any personal information with who you are talking to online because sometimes people can be fake as they can put different picture on a social site or be the nicest person and say it’s them but in reality it can be someone else behind the computer screen.

Availability of jobs • The availability of jobs has been a really good impact on computer programmers and robot manufacturers because they can make more items in an hour than a human can which saves time therefore they are making more money. • There are over 100 jobs in IT. The different types of IT jobs that are available are: • Teaching IT • Software engineering • Network engineering • IT technician • However there many bad social impacts such as there are less jobs for human because robots are taking over also they are doing overtime than the human. Though humans have jobs, they are still getting less payment because human are doing less jobs than the robots. • So many people open up online banking to make money because they can’t find a job because of the robots.

  4. Inequality in broadband access • Its really good to have broadband access around your area because it helps you with many things such as shopping online or doing office meeting through Skype but what about those who doesn’t have access around their area. • Its not because people can’t afford broadband access, its because in their area the access hasn’t been done yet. • Almost 50% of the people around the world doesn’t have Wi-Fi connection, no access to internet and some places can’t use the computer properly.
