HIS PEOPLE ARE TO BE A MISSIONARY PEOPLE • Abraham was blessed to be a blessing to all the peoples on earth • Israel was to be a light to bring God’s salvation to the ends of the earth • In the power and authority of Jesus Christ, we are to do the same. We are to go and make disciples of all nations…. • Matthew 24:14 “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.”

  21. How then should we live? • We are blessed in order to be a blessing – to others and to God’s Kingdom. • God’s glory is the primary purpose of both our lives and of missions • Psalm 96:3 “Declare His glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among the peoples.” • God wants each individual and every church to be involved in missions • Prayer • Giving • Going
