Understanding the EOG Assessments for 3rd and 4th Graders at Tanglewood

The End-of-Grade (EOG) assessments for 3rd and 4th graders assess students' proficiency in math and reading based on North Carolina state standards. Administered on May 29th and 30th, the EOG consists of math and reading tests, each with a variety of question types. While calculators are permitted for specific math sections, we have provided necessary resources for students. To prepare, ensure students have a fun night beforehand, a healthy breakfast, and arrive on time. Additional materials and sample questions are available on our website for effective preparation.
