  4. New Violation Process • Data elements expanded • More rule driven functions • 2 new functions allow for additions/updates • PC hearing results • Update availability status • Revise retaking plans • Recommendation/Response screens show only appropriate selections to users

  9. Violation Type • User is prompted for information based on ‘Violation Type’ • If applicable, PC information can be provided on the OVR or amended later.

  10. Violation Information • Multiple “Violations” must be entered separately • Retake/Return Obligation is discretionary for < 3 significant violations for a non-violent offender

  11. Violation of Conditions

  12. 3 Significant Violations • 3 Separate incidents that establish a pattern of non-compliance • Must Be Reported within 30 days of Discovery
