Wat is Microsoft Lync 2010 • = Unified Communications (UC)Tool • verschillende vormen van communicaties via één interface • UC Functionaliteiten: • Presence informatie • Instant Messaging (chat) • Delen van toepassingen en bureaublad • Telefoneren (fase1-fase2) • Conferencing (audio/video) • E-mail • Voicemail (vanaf fase2) • Deze functionaliteiten zijn beschikbaar in verschillende Microsoft toepassingen
