Reaction from the Floor • Positive Responses • Thanks for the liberalization of repair data acceptance • Thanks for the progress • Concerns • Industry’s lack of input during drafting and desire to see text • Industry participation in the Certification Oversight Board (COB) • National Authorities have not participated and will not see document until too late • Unlevel playing field created if technical assistance refused due to resource restraints • Definition of “critical component” needs to be clear

  4. Outcomes/Additional Ideas • NAAs are invited to propose privileges regarding Export C of A for used aircraft • FAA/EASA open to use joint certification process NOW • Environmental aspects will be developed in the future
