WOBASZ COORDINATION AND CENTRAL DATA CENTER • Sample selection. • Preparation a logbook for ech of 6 collaborating center. • List of selected person with contact information (address, phone no). • Assigned unique code to identify the subject throughout the survey and data managenent. • The date of the first and (it needed) second and third invitation. • The reason for non-participation. • The date of visit. • Set of Identification labels (strips).

WOBASZ COORDINATION AND CENTRAL DATA CENTER (cont.) • Creation of national database using electronic records send by collaborating center and lab results analysis send by central lab. • Checking for: -completion. -missing values. -logistic verification (limit range for measurement). -error correction re-contact with regional centers • Analysis for each region and for the whole country.
