  3. Our Operations • All domestic locations are corporately owned and operated. • Approximately 1,950 restaurants in all 50 United States and five Canadian provinces. • Operating entities: GMRI, Inc., RARE Hospitality International, Inc., N and D Restaurants, Inc., Florida SE, Inc., etc.

  4. Internal Workload & Resources • 13 employees, relatively limited outside counsel • 7,500 annual license renewals • New restaurant development pipeline • Administrative cases • Compliance for all restaurants

  5. Responsible Alcohol Service • Over 40 years experience • Focus on food • Managers, bartenders and servers complete in-house alcohol training and refresher sessions.

  6. Compliance • Licensee/manager changes • Officer/director changes • Financial disclosures

  7. Marketing • No national alcohol promotional program (i.e. national happy hour program.) • Educating internal/external personnel. • Changing legal landscape: digital marketing, social networking, etc.

  8. New Product Introductions • Innovative ideas… but are they legal? • Can we offer it everywhere? • Can the distribution channel stock the new product in time?

  9. Growth • Traditional growth – approximately 80 – 90 new restaurant openings each year • Acquisitions • Stock purchase • Asset sale
