Promoting We market these fairs to provide an opportunity for students to learn about post-graduate options. We service the community in hopes of bringing as many attendees/exhibitors as possible. Attendees Exhibitors
Roles/ Responsibilities NACAC • Introduces the National College Fair • Provides a general overview of the National College Fair Local Arrangements Committee • Follow-up from NACAC’s introduction • Provides a personal touch
Promoting to Attendees NACAC: • Emails, save the dates, printed mailings, NACAC and facility website, CVBs, list-servs, phone marketing, onsite locator, and on-site newspaper LAC: • Reach out to city government to have a “Go to College Week.” • Revise the counselors list and send mass emails. • Use local affiliate’s resources.
Promoting to Exhibitors (College Representatives) NACAC: • Advertise on NACAC’s website • Send promotional materials to all members • Email last year’s exhibitors • Social Media outlets • NCF fee waiver program • Promote to State/Regional Affiliates LAC: • Personal emails • Reminders
