Roles: Technology Expert • Knowledgeable about the technical needs and infrastructure • Work with groups to help define technical part of requirements • Responsible for design, implementation, and operation of the infrastructure so that it meets the requirements of the campus CAMP Directory Workshop Feb 3-6, 2004

  4. Roles: Technology Advocate • Work with management on setting guiding principles • Develop standards for connecting to the directory • Work with appropriate team members to document and publish attributes and their characteristics • Act as advocate for technical architecture and why it’s a good thing CAMP Directory Workshop Feb 3-6, 2004

Responsibilities: Communication and Business Plan • Translate from requirements in business terminology to technical terminology • And vice versa • Ensure accuracy and viability of communications • Participate in discussions with users and stakeholders as technical advocate for project CAMP Directory Workshop Feb 3-6, 2004
