This study investigates the impact of p-Akt and Akt signaling pathways in the context of ascites treated with 100 ng/ml of DGPP and PTX. Various treatment combinations were evaluated to understand their effects on ascitic fluid accumulation. The results indicate significant variations in the activation states of p-Akt and Akt under different conditions, suggesting potential therapeutic targets for managing ascites. Further analysis aims to elucidate the mechanistic role of these pathways in disease progression.
