  2. Advisory Group Our Role Identifying long term changes required to influence sport’s appeal amongst the less active. Support Sport Wales Board by scanning horizon to identify headwinds, tailwinds and mega trends which will impact the Board’s work. The Group’s work will be used to inform sports policy and development at national, regional and local levels.

  3. Advisory Group Year 1: 1. 2026 and Beyond Produce a compelling white paper on societal changes anticipated up to 2026 Provide the sport sector with information to take decisive action to respond in advance of future demands.

  4. Advisory Group Year 1: 2. The People Agenda Provide recommendations on the tactics, tools and measurements needed for Sport Wales to develop high performing organisations with its stakeholder/customer base Including the development of a framework for volunteering

  5. Advisory Group Fit for the Future Early days for the Group Energy and commitment Evolve over the next 2 years • Source of Intelligence • Early warning system Independence is important
