Where we are now The Office of Diversity and Inclusion Dr. Erik Malewski – Chief Diversity Officer and Professor of Curriculum Studies Dr. Malewski comes to KSU with the vision, knowledge, and experience to further enhance KSU’s commitment to advancing the principles of a diverse and inclusive campus community.  As Chief Diversity Officer, he coordinates diversity-oriented programs and initiatives at KSU and oversees the strategic plan for diversity and inclusion.  He partners with others to develop policies, procedures, and curriculum activities guided by the principles of diversity, inclusion, transparency, and shared governance. The Campus Culture and Climate Assessment Task Force is just one of the many initiatives to evolve under Dr. Malewski’s guidance and expertise.
