  2. VISION CMV Conformar la Asociación Naviera más importante de Venezuela con sentido empresarial-social y reciprocidad fiscal capitalizando las fortalezas de las empresas que lo integran obteniendo contratos para las mismas en beneficio de estas y del consorcio.

ES UNA ASOCIACIÓN MARÍTIMA SURGIDA A PARTIR DEL ESTABLECIMIENTO DE LA NUEVA POLÍTICA NAVIERA ESTADAL VENEZOLANA QUE PROPENDE A LA ORGANIZACIÓN DE UN SISTEMA NAVIERO E INDUSTRIAL MARÍTIMO QUE ATIENDA LAS NECESIDADES NAVIERAS E INDUSTRIALES MARÍTIMAS DEL PAÍS, COADYUVANDO EN EL CRECIMIENTO DE LA FLOTA NACIONAL MEDIANTE LA ADQUISICIÓN Y CONSTRUCCIÓN DE NUEVAS UNIDADES Y EL ESTABLECIMIENTO, ORGANIZACIÓN Y REORGANIZACIÓN DE EMPRESAS NAVIERAS Y MARÍTIMAS EN GENERAL PARA QUE CUMPLAN LOS OBJETIVOS PARA LOS CUALES FUERON CREADAS CONSORCIO MARITIMO VENEZOLANO

MISION CMV • Atender los requerimientos institucionales y comerciales de las empresas asociadas al consorcio: • Institucionales: • Certificación y uniformidad de los procesos corporativos, • Asesoría jurídica, fiscal, operacional, financiera política y comunicacional. • Representación Institucional y Comunicacional • Control de Gestión y Calidad y Daños e interacción con los diferentes escenarios y medio ambiente. • 2) Comerciales: • Desarrollo de negocios y Participación en proyectos. • Coordinación de Proyectos entre las diferentes empresas asociadas • Distribución y negociación de participaciones.

  5. VENTAJAS DE LA ASOCIACION CONSORCIAL EN CMV • Los asociados tendrán las siguientes ventajas por los servicios prestados por el Consorcio: • Institucionales: • Conocer a los directivos de las otras asociadas del Consorcio pudiendo discutir, conocer y auditar en tiempo real las actividades de las empresas asociadas al consorcio y sus esfuerzos para lograr el éxito en cada uno de los proyectos. • Acordar , planificar y uniformar los procesos corporativos atendiendo a normas de calidad internacional de las empresas navieras. Atender coordinadamente mediante salas situacionales las contingencias y siniestros. Conocer de la interrelación de las empresas prestadoras de servicio y el medio naviero e institucional. • Recibir Asesoría jurídica, fiscal, operacional, financiera, institucional, política y comunicacional de los coordinadores y asociados del consorcio.

  6. Tener una Representación Institucional Marítima, Política, y Comunicacional manteniendo las empresas su anonimato o bajo perfil en el sector naviero. Tener un control de gestión y calidad y daños e interacción con los diferentes escenarios y medio ambiente. 2) Comerciales: Desarrollo de negocios y Participación en proyectos. Coordinación de Proyectos y Políticas Comerciales entre las diferentes empresas asociadas. Distribución y negociación de participaciones.
