  2. Pengertian HTML • HTML adalah singkatan dari Hyper Text Markup Language, bahasa yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan halaman web, dan HTML ini bukanlah bahasa pemrograman karena ini adalah bahasa markup, maksud dari bahasa markup ialah serangkaian tag markup untuk menjalanakan halaman web.
