SAN ANTONIO FOOD BANK SOCIAL SERVICES Application Assistance Social Service Specialist staff help clients with Food Stamp Program, WIC, TANF, Long Term Care, CHIP, Children’s Medicaid, Adult Medicaid, Women’s Health Program Last year, SAFB acquired 30 million pounds of food equaling 28 million meals or $50 million in food SAFB provides emergency food assistance to nearly 25,000 Individuals Weekly Food Assistance Locate one of 400 food pantries, soup kitchens, senior centers, homeless shelters, kids cafes, community kitchens
