This study investigates the DNA concentrations (A260/A280 ratios) of various human cancer cell lines, including HGF-1, SCC25, SCC15, and CAL27. The specific concentrations measured are 884 ng/mL for HGF-1, 895 ng/mL for SCC25, 850 ng/mL for SCC15, and 821 ng/mL for CAL27. Additionally, we explore the MTHFR C677T genotype variations, identifying specific intronic markers at -198 bp, -175 bp, and -23 bp. The study emphasizes the importance of these genetic factors in cancer research and potential therapeutic implications.
