Solutions to Resolve QuickBooks Won’t Open Error  Restart the System    • Restart or restart your system before attempting any other method  • Try to open the company file after restarting the system to see if the error still exists, look for other methods  Use the Quickbooks Install Diagnostic Tool • When rebooting does not resolve the error, try the Quickbooks Install Diagnostic Tool to resolve the error. • Download and install the QB Diagnostic Install tool from Intuit's official website. • Go to the QB Diagnostic Tool after the installation. • Click on "Quickbooks install Diagnostic Tool" to begin the scan  • This process will take some time to scan your system for errors and resolve them. • After the diagnosis has been completed, restart your device and make sure QuickBooks is updated.

Solutions to Resolve QuickBooks Won’t Open Error  Rename the QBWUSER.INI file • If you rename/delete the QBWUSER.INI File, all information saved in that list will be deleted. • To open the organizer tab, press Windows +E on your keyboard • Navigate to the organize tab, click on the Folder at the top left, then press the  search option. • Click on the View tab • Navigate to the Advanced Settings section • Next, tap on the Show hidden files and folders option • Navigate to My Computer>> C: Drive >> Documents>> [Your User name]>> Local Settings>>  Application Data>> Intuit>> QuickBooks[Year]. • To rename the file name, navigate to QBWUSER.INI and right-click on the Rename/Delete option   • When the user deletes the QBWUSER.INI file, Quickbooks automatically rebuilds it.

This is why this method works as a significant factor in resolving the Quickbookswont open error. Prevent QBW32.exe from running • The first step is to right-click on the Windows taskbar. • Select the Task Manager from the prompted list. • Click on the processes tab in Task Manager • To minimize the processes alphabetically, click on the image name header. • Click on the end process option when you have selected QBW32.exe. • When you follow the above steps, the QBW32.exe process will definitely be closed, and when you click on the QuickBooks help company file, it will open without showing any error  message. In the event that Quickbooks won't open, try the next solution method.
