FiOS Internet Overview Product Highlights • Fiber to the Premise (FTTP) broadband service offering • Available in 12 Verizon Telecom (VZT) in franchise states • MA,RI,CT,NY,NJ,DE,PA,MD,VA,FL,TX,CA and DC • Not all business locations qualify. Must be qualified at a site address level • Speeds range from 3M/1M to 500M/100M • Speeds of 150M and higher are not available in all locations* • Available as Dynamic or Static IP based on customer requirements • Static IP not available for 3M/1M or 15M/5M speed options • If Static option is selected, (1) Static IP is included. • Additional IP can be purchased in blocks of 5,13,29,61,125 • Available as Standalone or within the VSBB Bundle • FiOS is priced lower when combined with Verizon voice services • Non-recurring charges are reduced or waived within the bundle *500M service has been rolled out on limited basis, must show in Cofee/Onesource(via quote) as available

FiOS TV Overview Product Highlights • Confirm eligibility as not all FiOS Internet locations can get TV • Must say “FTTP/Video Capable: Y” in Onesource/Cofee • Three Customer Types* • Commercial Public: Can be seen by customers outside the company (ex. Doctor office waiting room for patients to view) • Commercial Private: Used for only internal to the company (ex. Employee break room) • Tavern/Bar Restaurant: Primary function is to provide on site food and / or beverage service *Understand customer situation to ensure correct type as it will impact pricing/programming • FiOS has a max number of (14) Set Top Boxes (STB) • It is a product/system limitation at this time • Impacts selling to accounts with larger STB requirements such as hospitality accounts (hotels, nursing homes, fitness facilities/gyms)

FiOS TV Packages *Public packages cannot add on Premium channels (HBO and/or Cinemax) or Video On Demand for broadcast to an audience Packages available as of 9/22/13, be sure to check IC Insite, Vibe (Cofee) or Onesource for current packages and pricing. Core Service Packages* • Ultimate HD for Business (Commercial Private Only) • Up to 330 Channels/105 HD • Extreme HD for Business (Public or Private) • Up to 250 Channels/75 HD • Extreme HD for Bar/Restaurant • Up to 250 Channels/75 HD • Prime HD for Business (Public or Private) • Up to 160 Channels/55 HD • Select HD for Business (Public or Private) • Up to 103 Channels/30 HD • FiOSTV for Business (Basic – All) • Provides up to 35 basic channels

FiOS Target Customers Target Customers • Customers who need high speed, reliable bandwidth at affordable rates • No need for Service Level Agreements (SLA) on their Internet • If looking for Service Level Agreements offer IDS services • Need to support both Wired and Wireless(WiFi) enabled devices • Examples include Laptops, Tablets, Smartphones, VoIP phones (VCE) • Need for additional features such as Free Wi-Fi Hotspots, (1) PC of Verizon Internet Security, and 1G of Verizon Online and Backup at • Looking for TV service for employees and/or customers

VSBB Overview • Product Highlights • For new or existing customers combining Voice, Broadband and TV(optional) providing increased discounts to the customer • Customers can customize bundle based on need • Broadband: FiOS or HSI(will always default to FiOS if available) • Voice Lines: Basic, Plus, Unlimited • FiOS TV or DirecTv (with HSI) • Sales Zone Promotional Offers provide deeper discounts on top of the VSBB bundle discounted rates (change about every 6m) • Customers coming off a 2011 promotional offer may be eligible for Promotional Roll Off Offer which renews Sales Zone credits

VSBB Target Customers • 1-50 employee companies using basic phones or smaller phone systems • Retail stores, Doctor offices, Satellite offices • Customers needing 1-25 voice lines • Maximum of 10 unlimited calling lines • No need for SLA on their broadband services • Would need to look at Internet Dedicated • Looking to get additional add on features for their voice and broadband services at no additional cost • Enhanced Voice Features such as Voicemail and Caller ID • Verizon Internet Security Suite (VISS) • Google Apps • Verizon Online Back up and Sharing (VOBS)
