  3. The Internet The Web – what you can access through typical search engines. The Invisible Web – what is not indexed by typical search engines or is protected content.

  4. Why the Databases on the Invisible Web Are Better Most are peer-reviewed or from more scholarly resources than what is generally found on the Internet. Evaluating the reliability of the source is much easier.
