ASIS DIRECCION DESERVICIOS DE SALUD CAJAMARCA II CHOTA • La sede de la Dirección de Salud Chota, está ubicada en la Provincia de Chota, distrito de Chota, Departamento de Cajamarca, en los paralelos 6º33´33” Latitud Sur y 78º38´51” Longitud Oeste del meridiano de Greenwich y a 2388 m.s.n.m. • La DISA Chota tiene una superficie territorial de 5990.18 Km2 que corresponde al 17.98% de la superficie total del departamento (33317.54 Km2).

  15. EDUCACIÓN • La población analfabeta en la Sub. Región es del 25.4%.Existe una mayor proporción de mujeres analfabetas ( 38.8% ) que de hombres analfabetos ( 9.% ). En el área rural la población analfabeta constituye el 28.9% y en el área urbana es el 11.9%. pobreza extrema.

PROBLEMAS PRIORIZADOS DIRECCION DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD CAJAMARCA II CHOTA • Desorganización de las Redes y Microrredes para funcionar como tal. • Desorganización de los servicios de salud para implementar el MAIS • Infraestructura y equipamiento insuficiente en los establecimientos de salud del primer nivel • Baja productividad de los recursos humanos en los niveles operativos • Limitado acceso de los poblaciones excluidas en zonas pobres y extremadamente pobres • Sistema de referencia y Contra Referencia no operativos • Establecimientos de salud con limitados recursos financieros
