Academy of Trinity Friends Committee Over the course of the next few months we will be organising some regular activities for parents and Friends of Trinity to come along, socialise in a relaxed atmosphere and have some fun Our Aims To extend relationships between the staff and all others associated with Academy of Trinity School. Engage in activities which support the school and also build strong relationships and links with the local community. DON’T FORGET : The fabulous Easter Bazaar on Monday 18th March! You can wear your own Easter bonnet creation for the parade. Easter competition entries need to be in on Monday too. Happy creating!!!

  2. Celebration of our Mother’s Day Monday Mother’s Monday As you will all no doubt agree, we had a fantastic time watching our Children entertain us on Mother’s Monday. They provided us with a delicious afternoon tea with gorgeous homemade Cakes and cucumber sandwiches. The staff were brilliant in making us all feel welcome on such a special day! Let’s not forget our amazing daffodil flowers made with such love and care By our wonderful Trinity children! If you have any ideas on ways that the parents of the Academy of Trinity can come together to raise funds then please let us know. Mothers Day Magic Pictures and Messages All mum’s of the Academy of Trinity Friends Group would like to thank the school for the marvellous pictures and thoughtful Mother’s day messages the children sent. During the afternoon £65.00 was raised which will go to the Friends Committee for school funds. A huge congratulation to our Mum Lucy who won the lovely hamper in the raffle.   3. Pamper Evening Tickets will be available from your Class Teacher after the Easter break at a cost of £5.00 per person What’s on ….. Up and Coming Events We are hoping to put on a Wine and Cheese Evening Date to be advised Any parents willing to help organise this event should contact Tina Veater Also, A ‘Pamper’ evening on Thursday 25th April 2013 6.00pm – 9.00pm We’re also hoping to start up a Netball Tournament for the Mums! Anything Dad’s can do, we can do better! Pamper Evening – Calling all mums and Friends! We all deserve some quality time every now and again, so lets all pamper ourselves! During the evening you will have an opportunity to try Facials, Indian Head Massages, Waxing, Nail Polishing and above all some quality friend time!

NETBALL – Thursday 11th April 2013 Thursday’s 6.15pm – 7.15pm Netball A lot of Mum’s have expressed an interest in playing Netball and have talked about the possibility of having regular games and a Tournament. As with all things at Trinity we are never short on enthusiasm. We will have a great mix of very keen and talented players with our main aim to have a laugh and enjoy ourselves! Our first meeting is planned for Thursday, 11th April 2013 at 6.15pm in the school hall where we will be discussing teams, positions, format of games, tournaments and location. Don’t worry if you are unable to make this time, we’re sure it will be talk of the playground. Speak to Maria Foxwell who is our Key contact if you have any ideas or want to register your interest!
