  1. PROJEKT INTERREG III B CADSES„PLANCOAST” Marcin Grzybiński – Voivodeship Office for Spatial Panning in Slupsk Constanta 31.05 - 02.06.2007

Tasks and Problems: • Analysis of recorded spatial conflicts and various proposals submited by local administration; • Analysis of possibility to make draft of spatial plan (formal conditions, possessed and possible to the obtain planners materials (maps, ecology elaboration)); • Essential conditionings: the environment analysis, the cultural heritage, investings, local limitation, needs of the environmental and nature protection, economic potential; • Political conditionings: public and commune interest, possibilities of cooperation and continuation of begun works;

  3. Tasks and Problems: • The elimination of inexpedient or impossible proposals in present time and conditionings; • The preparation „of the ranking” of analysed proposals; • The preparation of general ideas of chosen conflicts solution basing on spatial plans; • The preparation of the workshops; • Debate and the final selection areas for which spatial plans will be made;

  4. Main problems: • Co-operation with communes; • Conference and workshops attendance; • Spots for drafts of spatial plan ;

  5. Choosen pilot projects spots: • Draft of spatial plan – Ustka commune - Dębina • Draft of spatial plan – Ustka commune – Modła Lake
