  3. Know you are not alone Jeremiah: “I have been deprived of peace …My splendour is gone and all that I had hoped from the LORD. I remember my affliction and my wandering, the bitterness and the gall. I well remember them, and my soul is downcast within me.”

  4. Know you are not alone Job: “Why did I not perish at birth, and die as I came from the womb? Why was I not buried in the ground like a stillborn child…for there the weary are at rest. Why is light given to those in misery? Why is life given to those who are bitter, to those who long for death that does not come? What I feared has come upon me; what I dreaded has happened to me. I have no peace, no quietness; I have no rest, but only turmoil ... I loathe my life”
