  3. Planning When • Yellowstone is open every day of the year, and is always approachable from the North Entrance • Summer: Daytime temperatures often 70s (25C) • Winter: Daytime Temperatures often zero to 20F(-20 to -5C) • Spring & Fall: Daytime temperatures often 30s to the 60s (0 to 20C)

The hotel will remain open. • •Canyon Lodge- Roof repair on main lodge building ongoing throughout the summer. Interior work on dining/gift shop building. Exterior painting to Dunraven Lodge, Cascade Lodge and cabins. Buildings will remain open. • •Lake Lodge-Roof repair to lodge building. Exterior painting to cabins scheduled throughout the summer. Lodge and cabins to remain open. • •Mammoth Hotel-exterior painting ongoing throughout the summer. Hotel to remain open.
