Get Active: Empowering Men’s Mental Health Through Physical Engagement

Every year, we provide over a million hours of support to individuals in need, working with approximately 3,000 people across 80 services every week. Engaging men physically promotes emotional expression and combats feelings of isolation, low self-esteem, and lack of motivation. Activities like street soccer, walking with friends, and various sports projects help overcome barriers and enhance self-management. By fostering connections and encouraging physical activity, we help men regain confidence, direction, and a sense of purpose in their lives.
