  7. Congressman John Conyers, Jr. has vowed to keep introducing HR- 676 “The United States National Health Care Act” or “Expanded & Improved Medicare for All” as long as he is a member of Congress.   8. WHAT HAVE WE LEARNED? In the UAW, it appears that a business union is declining and a social activist union is rising as a result of the economic crisis.

  9. WE ARE MOVING FROM THE PAST TO THE PRESENT The industry of medicine will nickel-and- dime us to death. Who said, “A spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down”? Is there even money leftover for sugar? Today, a drug cocktail is needed, but who can afford it?
