BO Report: Preparation Annual Inventory • Business Case • Equipment with Last Inventory Date of June 30, 2011 and earlier must be inventoried not later than June 30, 2012. • What Data (Data Elements) • Valuation Information fields: • Equipment Control Number, Nomenclature, Commodity Class Manufacturer, Nameplate Model, Common Model, Serial Number, Acquisition Cost, Location, Custodian, Customer • Last Inventory Date FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY

  11. BO Report: Preparation Annual Inventory • Which Data (Criteria) • Last Inventory Date is less than or equal to June 30, 2011 • Whose Data (Criteria) • All customers/custodians of the command FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY
