Our company designed the cheque deposit kiosk after researching the today's environment, how the people suffers in the bank and standing in a queue to when their turn comes. So keep in mind that problem we made the kiosk which has a facility of depositing cheques and people can easily deposit their cheques.

  5. CUSTOMER NEEDS TO FOLLOW SOME GUIDELINES firstly customers will have to go to their respective branch and starts with their processes. After that customer will have to enter the account number and then insert the cheque along with transaction amount. Now the cheque deposit kiosk machine will validate the account number and display the account holder name on the screen. In case there are two holders means joint account in the same account, then customer need to click or touch to the account name and select that one for further process. TBC • 2020

  6. GUIDELINE CONTINUES Once the details are verified then customer can proceed with the cheque deposit process through clicking the button to procced next and insert the cheque in deposit slot. System will read the MICR code and also scan the image of the cheque. The scanned image of the cheque will be displayed along with the cheque number displayed on the system. If all the details which displayed on the screen are correct then Customer need to choose the Yes option and then the system will accept the cheque after that system will generate a receipt for that deposit.
